Carter and Kaye Engineering, LLC (CarterKaye) acquired the Carter Engineering (est. 1992) business in 2020.  CarterKaye is committed to providing high-quality solution-oriented civil and environmental engineering services resulting in sustainable and resilient infrastructure design. CarterKaye's principal employees include Kriss Y. Kaye, PE, Owner, and David C. Carter, PE, Principal-in-Charge, whose combined experience exceeds hundreds of infrastructure improvement projects totaling more than $500 million in project budgets.
