Carter and Kaye Engineering, LLC (CarterKaye) acquired the business of Carter Engineering, established in 1992, in 2020. CarterKaye’s principals include Kriss Y. Kaye, PE, CFM, Owner, and David C. Carter, PE, founder of Carter Engineering. Together, they bring experience developed through hundreds of infrastructure improvement projects representing more than $500 million in project budgets.
