Provided civil and environmental engineering services associated with residential development within the master-planned Grasslands Golf & Country Club community. Bellerive consists of upscale single-family residences integrated within a golf course setting featuring lakes, stormwater management systems, landscaped open spaces, private roadways, utility infrastructure, and recreational amenities. Engineering services included site development planning, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, utility coordination, roadway and pavement design, permitting support, and environmental compliance activities.
The site design incorporated lakes, open space, golf course frontage, and landscaped common areas while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding community character. Engineering efforts focused on efficient infrastructure layout, long-term drainage performance, water quality treatment, environmental stewardship, and seamless integration with the existing Grasslands transportation, utility, and recreational networks to support a high-quality residential living environment.
The project emphasized compatibility with the surrounding golf course environment while providing efficient infrastructure, sustainable stormwater management, and preservation of community aesthetics. Design considerations included the integration of residential lots with existing lakes, fairways, wetlands, and open space systems; coordination of potable water, sanitary sewer, irrigation, and franchise utilities; and implementation of stormwater conveyance, storage, and water quality treatment systems consistent with local and state regulatory requirements.
The resulting development provides a high-quality residential environment supported by sustainable infrastructure, interconnected surface water management features, landscaped common areas, transportation facilities, and recreational amenities designed to serve both residents and the broader Grasslands community while enhancing long-term functionality, environmental performance, and community character.
