Prepared a conceptual master plan evaluating the coordinated redevelopment of the Winter Haven Country Club property. The concept integrated residential buildings, an expanded multi-story clubhouse, event lawn, existing wedding venue, waterfront recreation, boat access, pool and cabana, tennis facilities, putting and chipping greens, driving range, maintenance facilities, parking, golf-cart circulation, and landscaped common areas. The planning effort evaluated site access, internal circulation, building placement, stormwater management, utility service, open-space connectivity, lakefront use, and preservation of existing tree clusters while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding golf course. The concept established an organized framework for evaluating development feasibility, infrastructure needs, project phasing, and future design alternatives.
