Provided civil and environmental engineering, surveying, site development, permitting, and construction support services for a new four-story hotel development consisting of approximately 60,000 square feet and 98 guest rooms on a 3.24-acre site in Lake Wales Florida. Responsibilities included site feasibility evaluation, project planning, utility coordination, grading and drainage design, stormwater management facilities, potable water and sanitary sewer infrastructure, parking and circulation design, ADA accessibility improvements, and permitting coordination. The project included more than 120 parking spaces, utility service extensions, stormwater treatment and attenuation facilities, landscape areas, pedestrian access improvements, and supporting site infrastructure. Coordinated with local agencies and utility providers to obtain development approvals and facilitate implementation of the project within a highly visible commercial corridor serving the Winter Haven tourism and hospitality market.
