Polyglass Manufacturing Facility Expansion, Winter Haven, FL – Provided civil and environmental engineering services for the expansion of the Polyglass manufacturing and distribution campus located within the City of Winter Haven. Polyglass is a leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing products serving regional and national markets through its network of manufacturing facilities and distribution operations. The Winter Haven facility serves as a major production, warehousing, logistics, and support center for the company’s operations.
Engineering services included site planning, due diligence, utility coordination, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, permitting support, environmental compliance, roadway and pavement design, truck circulation analysis, and infrastructure improvements necessary to accommodate the facility expansion. The project included the development of new manufacturing, processing, warehousing, distribution, and employee support facilities integrated within the existing industrial campus.
Design efforts focused on maintaining efficient site operations while supporting increased production capacity, employee access, truck movements, parking, utility demands, and long-term operational flexibility.
