Assisted the Engineer of Record with the Southwest Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permitting and construction plan preparation for the 200-acre Phase 1 corporate office. Prepared a FEMA Map amendment to assist with establishing the onsite floodplain limits in conjunction with the adjacent property Florida Leisure Communities, Carillon Lakes Community, floodplain evaluations/FEMA Letters of Map Revision. Currently the District Engineer for the West Lakeland Water Control District Annual Reporting which provides operation and maintenance evaluations of the existing district drainage system containing approximately 3,842 acres of which includes the Publix Corporate office.
