Managed the project coordination of sub-consultants, including landscape architects, geotechnical engineers. Delegated and managed the site civil design and permitting of a 6-acre active recreational improvement/retrofit project, which included the redesign and permitting of four baseball fields, one T-ball field and a trail which connects to the Lake Shipp Park. Engineering design and permitting included stormwater management system design to reduce the potential of onsite flooding at the concession building and improvement of the runoff to Lake Shipp. This engineering work included the design of a new sanitary sewer collection and transmission/lift station, field grading to athletic standards and a new potable water and irrigation system service lines. This project was designed and permitted via the City of Winter Haven, and Southwest Florida Water Management District.
