Managed the design and permitting services for this 25-acre mixed use 120,000 square feet of mixed commercial project site with onsite potable water main, sanitary sewer system and drainage conveyances. Obtained approvals of the development via Florida Department of Environmental Protection sanitary sewer system permitting, and the Polk County Health Department. The project also included drainage system designs, FEMA map amendments, and SWFWMD permitting.
