Provided civil engineering and environmental engineering, permitting, and site development services for a new hospitality development located at the northeast corner of 6th Street NW and Avenue N NW in Winter Haven, Florida. The project consists of a four-story hotel containing approximately 74,000 square feet and 127 guest rooms situated on approximately 3.89 acres within the C-3 zoning district. Engineering services included site planning, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, utility coordination, potable water and sanitary sewer service design, parking layout, access and circulation planning, ADA accessibility, and supporting infrastructure improvements. The project was designed to maximize development potential while maintaining compliance with City of Winter Haven development requirements and accommodating the utility, parking, and operational demands of a modern hospitality facility. The development supports continued commercial growth and tourism within one of the City’s primary lodging and commercial corridors.
